Jan’s on 4th Cooking School offers a variety of classes including gluten-free baking and cooking in their commercial kitchen located on 4th Street in the North Valley. Additionally, private cooking classes for individuals or groups can be arranged at the school.
Jan’s on 4th Cooking School is owned by Janice Laird, a Certified Personal Chef. Janice has a degree in Home Economics with an emphasis on Nutrition Education from UNM and a daughter who adheres to a gluten-free diet. She is also an instructor for UNM Continuing Education.
