Mini Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
A friend looking for a place that could make me a gluten-free birthday cake found Just a Bite! Bakery and Cafe. What a great gift this was for me. Not only did I have a most delicious Hummingbird Cake with cream cheese frosting, but I discovered that they also make gluten-free Strawberry Wine cake that is equally tasty. Additionally, Just a Bite creates several varieties of cupcakes and mini cupcakes.
For the complete listing of all of their gluten free baked goods, go to the Just a Bite! web site. After determining what you want, you will need to place your order 48 hours in advance. Gluten-free products are prepared and baked at Just a Bite! in the morning before all other baking is done to avoid cross contamination.
