Roy (Celiac) and I ate at the Rad[ish] restaurant on 3-17-16 for lunch. It is a dedicated gluten-free, organic business. It appears to mainly be a takeout place but does have several tables and offerings of plastic utensils, napkins, water and salt/pepper. Also has a “healthy” drink option cooler. The owners were there and very pleasant. Menu is short but had a decent variety of options for us. I chose the Lasagna (zucchini) with grass fed beef and Roy opted for the Green Chile Chicken Enchilada (made with zucchini). Food comes out hot, in takeout containers. We were both quite happy with the taste and quality of our selections. There were ample portions and we took home leftovers for supper. We also purchased a selection of GF Cuppycakes and had them for dessert. We will definitely go back to this business when we are in the area!
